What is the CQC?

CQC is the independent regulator of health and adult social care in England.

They make sure health and social care services provide people with safe, effective, compassionate and high-quality care.

When were you inspected?

Our last inspection was on 27 February 2020.

The CQC monitor quality and safety routinely, and do not solely rely on inspections. The CQC collects data and information about services for assurance and may choose to inspect at any time based on that information.

What did they find?

The CQC received positive feedback about our service from service users and their families. They found evidence that there was ample staffing, governance arrangements meant the service was effective and well-led, and service users felt protected and well cared for.
